The Total HR Network is a national provider of Outsourced HR services.  Uniquely, we operate on a brokered business model that capitalizes on the strength of local professionals such as CPA's, insurance agents and other business consultants to small and mid-sized employers.  We believe it is important to maintain local business relationships.

Our direct HR services are provided our contracted business affiliate Total HR Management with offices in California and New York.  Total HR Management is a member in good standing with all the major national professional associations in our industry.

Total HR listens to its clients and is constantly improving its program offerings to better serve our client needs.  For example, just a couple of our innovations include...

  Our clients no longer have to miss dinner or a cut a weekend short because of payroll. We linked our employee scheduling, time clocks and payroll systems into a seamless integrated package.  Once our clients set the employee schedules, the employees clock in and the data is automatically fed to the web scheduling system which electronically feeds the payroll data system.  Thus, at the end of the pay period all our clients need do is run a report, approve the final payroll numbers, and their payroll tasks are complete...  Our systems take care of all the in-between steps.  Click here to see the difference we can make in your schedule!

We've integrated our payroll system with our client's WC payments -- no more estimated payments that wind up in over or under payments...  Thus, our clients are not surprise with the annual WC audit.  We take the surprises out of HR.

Total HR Management is marketed through a network of local business consultants like your CPA, insurance agent, attorney or other professional.  Most PEOs tend to offer great before the sale service, but then disappear once the sale is completed.  Subsequently, we stopped marketing our services like that.  Today,  Total HR's marketing team tend to live and work right down the street from you.  They are your business neighbors and have an on-going investment in ensuring your satisfaction with the program.

In addition to having a local business professional responsible for your account, each client is assigned a specific HR manager that is responsible for your day-to-day operations.  You don't call some call-center in a foreign country when you have a problem.  At Total HR, you call someone who knows your name and your business.  Your HR account manager will respond to your issues promptly.

Unlike other PEOs, Total HR's fee covers everything.  We don't have lots of little add-on charges that you weren't expecting.  No matter how big or how small, all of our accounts get executive treatment.
