bullet Group Health Insurance
bullet If the THRN Producer is an agent or if the employer has an agent that they want to work with we will can carve this function out of our service plans for the client.  However, we are able to offer clients a unique and cost effective group health insurance plan through our network.  Because of the nature of our organization, we are able to work around many of the pre-existing conditions, participation level requirements, etc... that become barriers for many small employers to offer cost affordable benefits to their employees.
bullet Workers' Compensation Insurance
bullet If the THRN Producer is an agent or if the employer has an agent that they want to work with we will can carve this function out of our service plans for the client. However, THRN can offer a workers compensation solution to our employer clients that is unlike most PEO type of organizations.  With the THRN solution each client has their own workers compensation program.  That way they develop their own experience ratings while with us.  Thus, should they ever leave, they will not have to seek insurance through a state fund.  Further, though our payroll processing programs we keep a constant tally on what the their premium adjustment will be so they can prepare for any adjustment before the annual audit.
bullet Multi-Employer 401K Plans
bullet Total HR has partnered with Transamerica as the provider for this plan because of its reputation and experience administering Multi-Employer 401K plans. A Multi-Employer plan is a plan designed specifically for firms like Total HR providing an affordable way for our client companies to offer a retirement investment plan.
bullet Co-Employment and/or Employment of Record
bullet We engage on a PEO basis for many of our clients whereby Total HR becomes the "co-employer"  or in certain instances the "employer of record" of our client employees, assuming responsibility for administrative tasks such as payroll and taxes, benefits, workers' compensation, labor law compliance and risk management. As the business owner you continue to make day-to-day operational decisions, while Total HR provides comprehensive Human Resources management services including HR management, risk management, payroll, benefits administration, workers compensation and regulatory compliance.
